OBITCO serves as a local shipping catalyst and service facilitator for UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL Express. We help customers prepare shipments, compare available services and place packages into the selected carrier’s network.
Once a package leaves OBITCO and is accepted into a carrier’s custody, that independent carrier controls transportation, routing, tracking scans, delays and delivery. OBITCO has no oversight or operational control over the package while it is in the carrier’s possession.
Our team is still happy to help locate shipment documentation, explain the carrier’s next steps and assist with a claim when appropriate. Claim eligibility, investigation and resolution remain subject to the carrier’s rules and final decision.

Returns and prepaid packages

OBITCO accepts eligible UPS Happy Returns QR codes, FedEx Easy Returns QR codes and USPS ID or Label Broker QR codes. Eligible prepaid packages may also be dropped off when they are properly labeled, sealed and meet the receiving carrier’s rules.
