Our accessibility goal
OBITCO Technical Services, LLC aims to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with disabilities. Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time certification, and we review content and components as the site changes.
Built-in access
The site includes semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible keyboard focus, descriptive alternative text, labeled form controls, responsive layouts, a skip-to-content link and support for reduced-motion preferences. The lower-left Accessibility button provides optional text-size, contrast, readable-font, link-underline, reduced-motion and live-metals display controls.
Those optional controls are supplemental. They do not replace accessible design or change the settings of other websites. Preferences are stored only in your browser and can be reset at any time.
Third-party content
TradingView market data, carrier tracking, Fieldprint, AnyDesk, maps, social media and other external services are operated by third parties. Their accessibility may vary and OBITCO cannot modify their interfaces. The OBITCO File Upload is part of this website and includes keyboard-operable fields, labels, status announcements and visible progress. If any digital tool is difficult to use, call or email us. We will provide the information or help complete the service another way when reasonably possible.
Store accommodations and effective communication
For assistance using the website, reading service information, preparing documents or communicating about a service, ask the OBITCO team for a practical alternative. Depending on the request, that may include phone assistance, email, a written explanation, help at the counter or another reasonable method. Please contact us in advance when an accommodation requires preparation.
Known limitations
Live market data and external provider pages may not fully follow OBITCO's design or accessibility target. Images supplied by customers, older documents and third-party PDFs may also vary. We prioritize barriers that prevent navigation, understanding, communication or completion of a service.

Tell us the page or feature, what happened, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and your preferred response method. We will acknowledge the report, investigate it and work toward a practical correction or alternative.
