This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices regarding your information.

Customer Files and Device Data

Customer devices may contain personal, business, financial, medical, legal, confidential, or other sensitive information. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service. While OBITCO takes reasonable care when handling devices and data, OBITCO is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or exposure resulting from hardware failure, software failure, malware, pre-existing conditions, repair attempts, recovery attempts, customer-supplied information, or circumstances outside our control.

Remote Support Information

When remote support is requested, OBITCO may temporarily access your computer or device using a remote support tool. During a remote session, our technician may be able to view your screen, control your device, access system settings, install software, configure accounts, troubleshoot issues, or assist with files as needed to complete the requested support.

By initiating or approving a remote support session, you authorize OBITCO to access your device for the purpose of providing technical support. Customers should close any private files, applications, or windows they do not want visible before beginning a remote session.
