Appointments are required and must be booked through the Fieldprint website.
STEP ONE - Simply enroll by completing the following steps: Access the Fieldprint website and enter the Fieldprint Code provided by your employer and any relevant information for your appointment.
STEP TWO - On the Fieldprint website, schedule an appointment online to be fingerprinted at the date and time most convenient for you at OBITCO.
STEP THREE - When you arrive for your appointment at OBITCO, bring your appointment number, two forms of valid identification, and any additional items requested by Fieldprint.
